The Northern Climate ExChange’s mandate is to promote increased understanding of and build ideas around appropriate responses to climate change in the North.
As the Climate Change Information Analyst you will coordinate, synthesize, deliver and promote the Climate Change Information and Mainstreaming Program (CCIMP). CCIMP offers support and expertise to decision and policy makers to ensure the integration of climate change considerations in projects, planning and decision-making processes.
Term position to: March 31, 2013 (with renewal option for 3 years). If renewed beyond December 2013, hours will decrease to 56.25 hours bi-weekly
The ideal candidate will have relevant university education in a related discipline. Candidates require related experience in the following areas: program management, public education, community engagement including and strong written/oral communication skills.
