About this Job
•Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit; Wash work tables and appliances, keep work station clean
•Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers, •Unpack and store supplies in the storage areas
•Perform other duties to assist sushi chef and kitchen staff.
Basic Chinese speaking and listening with knowledge in making simple sushi rolls, and to be very familiar with Japanese culture and Japanese food ingredients.
This is a full time permanent Job. $11.50 per hours, 35 to 40 hours per week. Shift work
