We are a Northern-based property management company committed to creating and maintaining quality living spaces, environments and communities. It is imperative that we work closely with like-minded property owners, businesses, condo boards and communities to facilitate our goal. Our services include an "all-aspect" property management model which includes: Administration, building maintenance, snow removal, landscaping and janitorial services.
Must be able to work in an office environment, basic knowledge of MS Work and excel.
Must demonstrate responsibility and tactfulness to accomplish required duties.
Must have valid drivers license, personal vehicle, and cellphone.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and organization.
Familiarity with Territorial Condo Act, & Landlord Tenant Act an asset.
Basic bookkeeping abilities an asset.
SCOPE OF WORK
Reports to both the Property Manager and Office Manager.
Performs property inspections, bylaw violation complaints and reports.
Sometimes required to attend after hour meetings. May be required to present information at the meetings.
Collect monthly rent and condo fees.
Meet with contractors, acquire quotes, inspect job sites.
Organize and maintain office filing systems.
Perform daily office errands.
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations and maintenance of condo developments.
Run and attend Board meetings.
Manage the contracts and subcontracts that pertain to various condo developments.
Experience or education in property management.
Knowledge of provincial condo act.
Proficient in bylaw comprehension.
