About this Job
Wanted: A volunteer to develop print and web-based communications and provide strategic communications advice for a small Canadian charitable organization doing working in Canada and Tanzania.
Estimate 10 hours monthly.
The Kesho Trust is a conservation and development organization doing work in eastern and southern Africa and Canada (western and northern regions). We work with stakeholders to find strategies that will achieve beneficial changes in conservation policy and practice. We provide a facilitating and capacity building role, helping to link community and conservation needs through proven innovations and solutions as well as with training and mentoring. We also help communities maximize economic development opportunities and conservation livelihood benefits. And we promote public awareness and understanding of the positive relationship between quality of life and natural environments.
