About this Job

Reports directly to Skky Hotel's General Manager in Whitehorse and Head Office in Toronto. Oversees all Skky Hotel's operations on site, specifically Housekeeping, Front Desk and Food & Beverage Services. In charge of all daily banking. Will be responsible for meeting targets and maintaining operational costs, including , implementing cost control measures for housekeeping and front desk. Oversees all reservations and checking in of guests and, deals along with General Manager with any guest complaints. Responsible for training of all new and current employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 year experience in overseeing the day to day operations of a boutique hotel, with international experience. Must have held the position of an assistant manager or general manager of a boutique hotel. Must have experience in dealing with Asian guests in an Asian market. Must be fluent in at least one Asian language in addition to full fluency of the English language, both verbally and written.
