NOC# 6242 Wage $15.00 per hour plus free room and board.
Work in 50 seat hotel restaurant cooking full course meals on short order basis as well as preparing daily soups specials, sauces and gravies. All preparation work, dishes, cleaning, opening and closing duties included. On the off season some table service may also be required a few hours per day or possibly one full shift in a serving capacity to ensure full time hours each week.
Applicant should be familiar with both breakfast and dinner shifts and be able to adequately fill both.
Applicant should have 3 to 5 years previous experience and be familiar with preparing and cooking full course meals, planning menus, controlling portion size and inventory, ordering supplies, ensuring quality of food, and work with specialized equipment.
The kitchen operates with one cook on duty and as such the applicant must be able to work unsupervised. References required.
