Sally & Sisters/Soeurs is looking for a female volunteer who can assist during our women-only lunch 2 days/ a week (Monday and Friday)

The following qualifications are required:

- mentally and physically strong volunteer with a working knowledge of Yukon First Nation culture and issues of poverty

- Ability to lift heavy tables and do occasional dish washing

- Able to deal effectively with conflict including, on occasion, a hostile client

- Good sense of humour

- Willingness to take a Food Safety course

- Able to be on time for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 pm shift on Mondays and Fridays

Note - a hot meal is provided for the volunteers as is good conversation!
