Our fast paced retail business with great growth opportunities, benefits, profit sharing and more is now seeking a Yard Manager (F/T). The successful candidate would be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, the execution of merchandising standards, employee training and work in partnership with the management team to achieve the stores operational goals while maintaining the company vision. The yard manager oversees all yard personnel and activities, including serving customers in the yard and maintaining receiving, unloading, and delivery schedules. He or she must execute the operating budget, supervise compliance with safety and fire regulations, etc. The manager is also accountable for all materials and equipment in the yard. The yard manager must safely perform all assigned tasks with sufficient speed and accuracy to avoid adverse impact on the level of service to customers and to achieve operating efficiencies.

Minimum 2 years in a managerial role an asset.
