About this Job
Perform general administrative functions related to the day to day operations of the branch, including:
- Process incoming mail & maintain office supplies.
- Telephone reception & greeting customers.
- Filing and maintenance of branch equipment unit files.
- Bank deposits when required.
- Assist Operations department to set up local deliveries.
- Prepare Household Goods paperwork and files
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Regular general office cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean & presentable office environment.
- Other misc duties as assigned.
This is a Full Time position reporting to the Branch Manager. Intermediate level computer skills required.
Must possess excellent customer service and organizational skills .
