About this Job
Super B Drivers are responsible for operating a Super B truck to transport and unload fuel from and to various locations within western Canada. All duties of the Super B operator are to be performed according to the Company’s operating procedures and HS&E policies in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to perform the task.
This position deals with customers and vendors in a positive, friendly manner always looking to develop the business further.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Delivering product to our customers’ sites in a timely manner that upholds our high quality standards of safety
• Receiving and relaying information to a central dispatcher, transporting hazardous products or dangerous goods, overseeing your vehicle’s condition including: inspecting tires, lights, and brakes; monitoring vehicle performance and mechanical fitness; and performing preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs
• Maintain equipment according to company policy to ensure product is being delivered in a professional manner
• Willingness to work shift work is a must.
