Job Description/Duties:

The Sales and Marketing Manager position is a full-time year round position in the Whitehorse office. The areas of responsibility include: project management (coordination); market research and planning; revenue forecasting and reporting; sales support and training; developing of our market in the North including market analysis; customer/contractor presentations and meeting the needs of those customers; and developing business relationships within the community via participation in community organizations, service clubs, groups and the like.

Requirements/Qualifications:

This position requires a post-secondary degree in business, specializing in marketing; along with 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the window and door or construction industry. The applicant must have a keen interest in building/manufacturing and a thorough knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to practically apply as required. The Sales and Marketing Manager shall also have a strong analytical ability and communication skills. This position must demonstrate strong motivational, leadership, decision-making, organizational and planning, interpersonal, communication skills along with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
