Job Description/Duties:
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager: the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing general reception duties for several divisions of the Tle’ Nax T’awei Group as well as assisting in various financial/accounting, administrative and legal support duties as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma, supplemented with administrative/financial coursework
• Must be punctual and present oneself in a professional, presentable manner at all times
• Ability to use a multi-line telephone system while handling a high volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed, and accuracy
• A minimum of 1 year administrative experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• The ability to proficiently use phone/fax/email technology
• Willing to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced setting
• Valid class 5 drivers license
